Cc (also known as "C") is the major antagonist. The Cc Team is a group of people who send threatening text messages to CeCe Drake, Mona Vanderwaal (formerly), Sam Rivers, Clara Martin, Josh Redyian, Jenna Marshall, and Alison DiLaurentis.
